Taking this before and after I workout has helped a lot! It takes an hour for it to mix without a blender but the wait is worth it. I mix 2 servings(1 cup) with a quart of gatorade and it tastes good.
I take 1 serving about and hour before I workout. It keeps me energized through my workout and I don't gas out. I then take another serving immediately after my workout with a protein shake. I no longer get tired after my hard 90-95% intensity workouts.
I only gave it 4 stars because I have not tried any other carb powders, so I can't compare.Displaying reviews 1-4
