    My review might not be fair since this is the first creatine I've ever taken. I've been lifting for almost two years now. I started using this only two weeks ago and I went from shoulder pressing 80 - 85lb dumbbells for 3x8 reps to doing 95lb dumbbells for 3x8 reps. Incline bench(I don't flat bench) went from 95lb to 110lb dumbbells.

    I've had gains like this in the past but not quite this fast and I don't think this was just coincidence that it was right as I started taking this. It's expensive, but you get what you pay for. I buy unflavored (super sour if you lick it) and mix it with preworkout. (platinum pre) makes it a bit tangier which I like.

    Tastes nasty alone but great when mixed in with gatorade or some type of sports drink. Take an hour before workout and you'll have one of the best workouts you've had.

          Utilized this product in conjunction with ON whey protein prior to workout. My recovery during the workout improved but no more than when I've taken other creatines. On very intense workouts days or multiple sessions I added it to my Metrx meal replacement prior to bed and again noted more improvement than other brands.

          I take 1 1/2 - 2 scoops 30-60 minutes before every workout.. I am 6' 1" and weigh about 180lbs. In just 3 weeks, I went from benching 165 10x to 180 10x.. It worked great.. But I decided to not take it when I went to workout once, and I couldn't bench 145 10x.. I couldn't do anything without it.. Yes, this is a great product, but if you're not going to be serious about taking it and take it every day that you workout, then don't do it!! Cause once you start it, it gets addictive!!

          This is my first CREATINE .
          im 5"9 and never never in 4 years gain or lost weight i stayed in 160lb no matter what i eat or how much i eat

          Price>> compare to others this is pricey

          Effect>> Im really not sure on this one coz i take whey protein also and work out everyday so im not sure how much this creatine add

          Value>> this will be 6 out of 10 nothing greatness comes out of it but good product if you dont want any bloating and for your first time taking this you will run to the rest room like 50 times a day

          if its on sale like 15$ thats the only time i would buy this product .. guys stay with mocronized creatine monohydrate ..

              I use this as a pre workout supplement. It works great for busting muscle recovery and helps prevent muscle fatigue. Not much of an energy boost but you do feel stronger so be careful not to over push you still can hurt yourself.

                I usually run 3 miles right when i wake up. I weight 180 lbs and take only 1 serving before i run. my times are getting increasingly better. then ill work out later in the day and do either weights and/or swimming. u get steroid like effects without the side effects. i hate the maintence required with creatine monohydrate and it doesnt even work as well as hcl. If u can afford it, this is the best creatine out there

                  I was trying different things to give me that extra pump without giving me all those jitters. Tried bout everything on the market, finally I got it. This product is unbelievable, i just kept looking for more things to do in gym. take a scoop of muscle milk, c4 extreme, concrete, run about a mile or two to warmup and the rest is history. but do give it bout 45 min. to kick in.
