I waited weeks for the L-theanine to be in stock at my local store. This product arrived at 150 mg in 2 capsules (30 doses per bottle) priced more than the other 200 mg per capsule (60 doses per bottle). I won't be back.

My daughter saw this product advertised on the Dr. Oz show. It helps to calm anxiety, stress, and helps to improve your mood and concentration. The directions say to take 2 tablets a day, but I found that taking 2 tablets made me feel alittle too relaxed. I take 1 tablet a day in the morning with breakfast and it helps my mood all day long. It has improved my life for sure! Wonderful product; so glad that my daughter and Dr. Oz recommended it!
