This product is great. It works on my hair and nails. I've been using it for years. It speeds up the growth and volume of my hair and my nails are healthier and break less. I highly recommend this product. Every time I run out my hair starts to feel not as thick.

They are huge and hard to swallow. No hair growth and my skin broke out. I usually get great results from skin and hair vitamins but this is the first that I would never recommend!
