This product has really worked for me. My hair was getting thinner and breaking off due to coloring and age. After taking this for 6 months, there is a noticable difference and I don't loose as much when I shampoo. It also has made a difference in my skin, much smoother and clear. And, my nails are stronger and not peeling. This product is worth the money if you are having these issues.

First off, I want to say that I've struggled with more-than-normal hair loss for years. It was at a point that I assumed this to be just a part of who I was, and couldn't change. My mom also had the same issue. I wasn't sure if my condition was genetic or the result of a vitamin deficiency, but I thought I didn't have much to lose and tried out this system. 3 days after I started using the pills, I noticed three things: my hair was shinier, softer and stopped falling out. Three weeks later, I'm seeing the same consistent change in my hair texture, and areas on my scalp that were thinning (I could see my scalp under certain bright lights) are starting to fill in. It's also gotten significantly longer a lot faster than before - I'm actually harboring hopes of having it grow past my shoulders now.
I'm waiting for my next appointment with my stylist - I can't wait to see if she notices the same things! However from what I'm seeing (or rather NOT seeing - no hair in the sink, on my brush, in the tub) I'm very satisfied that this product is working. I think it is most beneficial to women who are losing hair due to a vitamin deficiency rather than hereditary issues - but in either case I would recommend giving it a try!- My Beauty Routine Takes:

I started taking a new birth control pill which was making my hair fall out. While my body gets used to the hormones, I began taking these. Within two weeks I started to see these fuzzy hairs all over the top of my head. I'm now seeing lots of new hair growth! Also, my skin has definitely gotten smoother since I began taking it. I would recommend this to anyone!

I've been taking this almost a week. And I was a little skeptical about if it actually works, but so far it's amazing! I can't tell TOO much of a difference with my hair, but my skin feels soft and smooth beyond belief!! My skin is typically pretty healthy in comparison to what it could be, but even my rough spots feel (in my husbands words) 'even better than silk!'
My hair is damaged after bleachings, dying it, and bleaching again, and again... My hair looks and feels slightly stronger, and a little shinier, but hey, it's only been 6 days! I can't wait to see more results!- My Beauty Routine Takes:
