Hair really grew. Noticed growth espically around the edges after about two-three weeks of use. Although didn't notice any difference in nails. However the skin on elbows has become smoother.

I wish I kept the receipt for these vitamins because I'd be taking them back right now. I have never smelled or tasted something so raunchy. The taste stayed in my mouth for hours and I won't start on how it upset my stomach. Uck.
