I am a 22 year old with fine hair that grows very slow. I am halfway through my second bottle of this product and I have to say that I am very pleased with my results. There is a noticeable difference with my hair length since taking these pills on a daily basis. I do not see much change with the smoothness of my skin, but it hasn't gotten worse either! I mostly wanted to try these pills to help my hair grow longer. I just bought two more bottles from the store today :) They can taste pretty gross if left in your mouth, so be sure to swallow them fast!

I have been using this product for a lil more than 2 months. I'm on my second bottle and I have another more to go, I bought them last xmas while on holidays in the US.
I will keep buying it if it keeps working like this because the results have been amazing. I can't really tell about the hair because my hair has always been nice, long and thick but my nails not so much. My nails were weak and they broke constantly so they were always short.
Since I'm using this product, my nails are longer than ever!!! They are also super strong and thick and they just look beautiful. I can't believe it!

This product works wonders. I started to take these vitamins due to stress, which cause my hair to fall out. (I had a bald spot the size of quarter). Since taking these vitamins my hair has grown back thicker and the bald spot is less visible. I highly recommend these vitamins.

Ive been taking this product for a little over 2 months. I noticed my nails are stronger and thicker. I have decent facial skin, so didnt really notice a difference BUT it looks more even so I could go out without any powder or foundation. As for the hair, less hair falls out and it's definitely longer. About a month of taking this supplement is when friends began saying "Wow, your hair is getting long." I only take one a day before going to sleep. The taste is not bad, unless you have a super sensitive tongue or something. I only wished I wouldve taken a before and after picture for the 2 months that I've been taking this.
