For the first 5 days, take 2 servings (2 scoops) immediately after you work out. If you are not working out that day, have the first serving in the morning when you wake up and the second serving 12 hours later. Do not exceed 2 servings in a 24-hour period.
For subsequent days, take 1 serving (1 scoop) immediately after you work out. If you are not working out that day, have your serving in the morning when you wake up.

Hey this product is amazing been body building for 3 years this stuff works but you got to know how to use the product properly for it to be more effective and thats the capsules so hard to find this same product in caps in canada before i bought this stuff at [@] thats how people thought the stuff didnt work but creatine products all have anabolic in it and anabolic is like whats in steroids just a heads up i dont like the powder because the sugar and caffine thats the only con about this one YOU GUYS GET THE CAPS WORKS WAY BETTER THEN THIS PEACE AvBodybuilding

All i have to say is WOW! i never took creatine before, so i didnt really know what to expect. I was a little afraid that the taste would be to bad for me to handle seeing other reviews of Different creatine's and many people saying it tastes awfull!

Been using the protein these guys make, and was thinking about trying the Creating and I'm glad I have - I just used it for a couple days, and very happy so far! Did a killer leg and back workout, put up some good weight, and recovery was much faster! Drinking some right now, then going to hit the chest and abs today. Seriously tastes great and mixes easily with water. Get some!
The only con I listed - watch all the additives - is because this, like all others, and like the protein powder mixes, contains a lot of additional amino acids/minerals/vitamins (and some other ones have caffeine too) - just do some research yourself and find out how much of these additional things you need, and build your supplement shelf appropriately...always good advice.Pros

This Product is Great. I been taking it for about 2 months now and have seen great gains. i saw good gains after about 2 weeks of taking Six Star. This supplement tastes great its easy to mix and does deliver results. All In All its a great product and the price is amazing. No need to spend all that money with cell-tech when this product does the same maybe better with less sugar. i understand the need for insulin spike but come on now cell-tech 70 grams of sugar thats horrible. This product is amazing And would recommend it for anyone wanting to put on hard muscle fast.
