Listen, whey is whey. I've said this everywhere I can. This is WHEY. It is chocolate flavored. Okay? The only thing to consider when buying whey is the calories to protein ratio. This particular brand has a 150/26 ratio, resulting in a 69.3 protein to mass percentage. It is ideal to have 80%+ (from what I've read). That said, this product is too expensive for its lackluster percentage.If price or value is not a concern of yours, then by all means, purchase this product. It tastes chocolatey as it says, and it has protein in it, as it also says. However, if value or price is something important to you, this is NOT the product to purchase. Even on sale at GNC.com this product is overpriced[@]

I usually use as a tasty, post-workout drink. The flavor is pretty good for a powdered whey and its definitely a good reward after the daily workout. The only downside is that it doesn't mix easily; I just throw it in the blender now to avoid chalky clumps.

i use this product almost everyday when I'm done working out or in the morning with a small breakfast.it works in a few ways.It helps to recover and when i drink it i don't feel hungry i was surprised how much my need to eat went down When i first started i was about 205 and i need to cut weight to 186 get into the army. Its been about 2 months and I'm down to 184 i feel good not tired.I'm stronger then I have been in a long time just eat smart and workout a few days a week and it will all fall into place. Hope this helps good luck
