I have been using this product for over a week now and I have nothing bad to say about it except for my sleeping patterns, it is supposed to give you a better sleep, I have found the opposite. I use the product as directed. I have been taking it for almost 3 weeks. I haven't noticed a huge impact, perhaps a little better sleep. I did notice that I gained some weight with the product (not my goal!). So I am looking to couple it with a thermogenic and increased exercise to counter. I'm still hopeful that the other effects I intended will kick in.
