This stuff is great. It's micronized so its absorbed easier than the other free form's out there and it tastes amazing. I put this in a mix with Rapid Drive Arginine and use it as a pre/post workout drink.
I have never taken a health product that has cured muscle soreness as fast as that drink combo. After lifting legs for the first time in awhile I was sore as heck, but 30 - 45 minutes after taking down an Arginine and Glutamine 5000 drink I experience a very noticeable difference in soreness. Honestly comparable to taking a Rx muscle relaxer, unfortunately w/o the mind numbing effects.
I recommend adding this stuff to any other fruit flavored drink. I mix it with grape, blue raspberry and cherry flavored drinks and they all tasted better.
