You take one scoop and mix it in 20 oz of water (or more if needed)and drink it while you work out. The flavor is great and it shortens recovery time in between sets. Taking this and Superpump max has giving me pretty good results. I would buy this product again but the price is kind of high considering 1 tub costs around $40-50 and has only 24 servings.
