This is the best product I ever used that comes in a shot size. The recovery factor it's unbelievable and the small portion it's perfect. I don't really know why people complain about the taste. i have being using it for more than a year constantly and taste whey better than most of the products similar to this. I use the cherry and the orange one and both are good. If you feel it's too sweet just mix it with a little amount of water and that's it! I think those with the "bad flavor" comment are just amateurs and they haven't try anything else. Believe me, around 95% of the other products taste worst than this one.

I think this protein shot is excellent. I take a shot upon waking and post workout. The consistency is that of a runny syrup. The taste is not bad as others have mentioned (my opinion though). I noticed a difference in my strength about 3 weeks after using the product. The only negative is the price, if you are taking 2 shots a day one pack only lasts 6 days. Other than that, it is my favorite protein.

I'll take 1/2 of the shot followed by 1/2 a Iso Whey Drink. The combo works well for me as it can be hard to swallow and keep down on its own. The orange is best for me and their is no question you can feel the difference when consuming BEEF Protein. You feel stronger recover quick and can start seeing and feeling what Beef protein can do for you.
