Sadly this product did not increase my milk supply at all. I have been taking 3 in the morning, 3 in the afternoon and 3 in the evening for over a week now and I have seen no change in my milk supply at all. I really was hoping it would work. I guess it's not for everybody

I take a high dose, but also weigh more than average. It seems that sometimes this is more effective than others. While I try to take it every 6 hours, I sometimes forget. It seems that when I miss doses and then pick up, I see a noticeable increase, but it isn't sustained.

i take this to increase my milk supply. although i can't stop taking it or my supply drops (some say once you get your supply back up you can stop taking it) it has no side effects for me and my baby gets more of the real thing so it's worth it to me. searched around a bit and this was also a good price, especially if you wait for the bogo half off sales. ships fast as well.
