Take 3 pills daily. 1 in the morning after Breakfast. 1 in the afternoon after lunch. 1 at night after dinner. Or 2 in the morning & 1 at noon. Product works excellent by doing cardio 5 times a week. The only thing I personally don't like about this is paying [$] for the product every month. I wish GNC will reduce down the price to $20.
