This gelcap is slightly larger than my old name-brand product, but it is also 500 mg as opposed to the 300 mg I was getting for the same price. They are still much smaller than the fish oil pills, anyway. There is just a slight smell, but it is acceptable and there is no aftertaste. I am ordering for the second time today and will continue to do so as long as the price is right.

My doctor recommended I take fish oil daily due to high cholesterol. I was not aware until recently that fish oil can can rancid, though Krill oil does not. The product though having a slight smell, does not have any after effects, i.e. burping. Given its small size it is very easy to swallow.

I was taking two TriFlex each day for a couple of months and there was still a slight pain in my back. I cut out a TriFlex and added a Krill Oil to my daily routine. The pain went away. My elbows don't hurt when working in the yard. Wish I had added the Triflex and Krill to my routine years ago. I don't have any after taste or other issues with these products. I feel so much better. I take the supplements right after breakfast. In addition I take a MegaMen Sport Vitamin at the same time. Then a second after lunch. These products are a positive change in my life. At 50 years old I feel better than when my back first went out 10 years ago.
