Biosil was recommended by a friend, and I took it for about 2 months and began noticing that when I brushed by hair, it no longer came out onto the brush. As promised, my hair loss was noticeably reduced, which was great. However, I didn't notice a difference in my nails.
The reason I stopped taking it and would not recommend it is that I also began experiencing chest pains and the veins in my hands began to become enlarged, even when I was at rest. My hands looked 10 years older. I was really concerned, and talked to my friend about it, but she didn't have the same problems.
Anyways, I stopped taking the pills, and within about a month my hands look normal again, and the chest pains have stopped. I'm not a doctor, but there's a strong correlation.

I purchase Biosil because my nails kept splitting and breaking, even after taking biotin for several months. After my third or fourth bottle, I noticed my nails were not brittle, and looked great. Even my cuticles have improved, and the skin on my hands is softer and smoother. My elbows and feet are also much softer, without using a loofah, scrub, or special cream. Overall, does a great job on skin and nails, but it does take a few months to build up in your system.

My hair stylist recommended this b/c I told her my hair grows so incredibly slow and breaks a lot. I can't get it to grow out b/c every time I get my hair colored and cut, we have to cut off the whopping full inch that grew over 10-12 weeks. Anyways, been taking it for about 5-6 weeks so far. 1 pill, twice a day. My hair has grown in 6 weeks what it normally does in about 10. I can't believe it. Supposedly it's supposed to make it thicker too, but it's too soon for me to tell. Buuuut I hope it does b/c my hair is super thin and breaks A LOT. Can't really tell anything w/ the skin and nails but I can def tell a difference in how fast my hair is growing.

I read an advertizement about Bio Sil in your monthly magazine. I went online to see if I could get anymore information about the product. Turns out some people felt their joints gained increased range of motion after using Bio Sil for a few months. I turned out to be one of those lucky people too.
I would recommend this product to anyone suffering from ailing joints. After taking the product on a daily basis for the first month, you can use it every other day Who knows you may be one of the lucky ones too.

I take 2 a day. I've been using these for about over a month and I'm so amazed at the results already. My hair was thick to begin with but it always used to fall out when I washed it or ran my fingers through it and I feel like it used to break easily. But since I've taken these I see so much less hair loss it amazes me. My hair is also thicker already. It also worked wonders on my nails, I used to have very thin and easily breakable nails but now I have a hard time even biting them. I haven't really noticed much difference with my skin yet, but I am young so I don't have many noticeable wrinkles to notice much difference yet. I highly recommend these for anyone who needs help with hair or nail issues. Both of my parents take them too and they love it as well.
