Supplement Facts
Add one level scoop to 8 oz. of water, nonfat milk, juice, or your favorite beverage. You can use more or less liquid to meet your desired taste and calorie needs. Shake well in a shaker until dissolved. When protein can be added to any food, including yogurt.

Whey protein is a mixture of some of the proteins naturally found in milk. The major proteins found in whey protein include beta-lactoglobulin and alpha-lactalbumin.           I love sweets, this one is almost too sweet but stops short of it. I like my shakes thick, so I found out for very few extra calories I can add 1 Tbl of instant sugar free pudding. You can use any flavor you want, I prefer butterscotch.
          I would highly recommed this product.

              I am fairly new to protein powders as far as effectiveness in concerned, but I am not new to taste. I commend SDC on their "all natural" powder, but the taste is very artificial. The birthday cake flavor is overly sweet, and not in a good way. Has a serious "fake" sugar aftertaste. Couldnt finish even half of a serving.

                About Time makes the cleanest, most solid protein supplement I've seen on the market yet. It does the job of topping off my daily protein requirements and getting me through weekend workout sessions. I've tried others which, though they taste better, have lower-quality proteins, fat, carbs, etc. - all things I'm minimizing in my lean diet. I will be a consumer of About Time's Birthday Cake and other flavors for many more years.

                Great post-workout protein for someone whose stomach normally can't take protein drinks. No bloat, no tummy gurgles. It has protein PLUS BCAA's, huge bonus. You do have to shake it extra hard in a blender bottle for it to dissolve, but it's worth it!

                  I love this powder! It tastes like vanilla but with a bit of sweetness. It pretty much tastes like vanilla with sprinkles. I love birthday cake flavored anything so this was definitely a good flavor for me, but to each his own.

                  I typically use whey protein after working out and on my resting day. I will put it in the blender with either water or milk. About Time is really my favorite on flavor, quality, and the fact that they DON'T contain the artificial nonsense used in so many other brands. After having good luck with other flavors though, the Birthday Cake was a bummer. Whether in milk or water, it was just sort of... "meh". I suppose you could work this into recipes or get creative with it but for standard use, go with a different flavor.
