The two most common forms of whey powder are "isolates" and "concentrates" and the type you choose makes the difference between an average supplement and superior one. Those in the industry understand that isolates are the superior protein. Whey concentrates contain less protein and more ingredients that are not desirable, like lactose and fat. The cleaner profile in isolates are more conductive for adding muscle and losing weight. Now all isolates are the same. Please take heed to other isolates on the market loaded with artificial sweeteners, such as sucrolose.

Whey Protein
Whey Protein- Reliable and relatively consistent scientific data showing a substantial health benefit.
- Contradictory, insufficient, or preliminary studies suggesting a health benefit or minimal health benefit.
- For an herb, supported by traditional use but minimal or no scientific evidence. For a supplement, little scientific support.
Our proprietary "Star-Rating" system was developed to help you easily understand the amount of scientific support behind each supplement in relation to a specific health condition. While there is no way to predict whether a vitamin, mineral, or herb will successfully treat or prevent associated health conditions, our unique ratings tell you how well these supplements are understood by the medical community, and whether studies have found them to be effective for other people.
For over a decade, our team has combed through thousands of research articles published in reputable journals. To help you make educated decisions, and to better understand controversial or confusing supplements, our medical experts have digested the science into these three easy-to-follow ratings. We hope this provides you with a helpful resource to make informed decisions towards your health and well-being.

Comments about SDC Nutrition About Time- Vanilla:
I love that this product is gluten free! It's hard for me to find things that are safe for me to eat and also taste good. I would recommend mixing this with at least half milk (rather than all water) to improve taste. When I mixed with just water, it was pretty hard to get down. Possibly the best thing is the price - so cheap compared to a lot of other products, with the same results!

Comments about SDC Nutrition About Time- Vanilla:
I chose this product because it is great for weight loss; Zero Carbs, Zero Fat, and Low Calories.
I use this product as an adder to my morning shakes, post-workout. I have also used this as a meal replacement.
When blended with fruit the taste isn't noticeable at all, but taken with water the taste is not very good.
I have had great results with this line of protein!Displaying reviews 1-10
