I have been using this protein mix for just a few weeks now so it is still to early to speak to its effectiveness. However, I do know that this is by far the best tasting protein that I have had. Normally I prefer mixing with milk for taste, but this is still delicious even in water. I also sometimes have trouble digesting powders when switching to a high protein diet, so the added digestive enzymes are a big plus.

This stuff really works! I drink a double scoop shake after my workouts and sometimes right before bed. It keeps me full for awhile after. The peanut butter chocolate doesn't taste all that good. Its a taste you just have to get used to. It doesnt mix very well either. But overall very effective.

First of all, it says 5 lbs, and I got a 4 lb tub WHAT'S UP WITH THAT GNC?!?! Secondly, the flavor is not so good, it's almost hard to put down sometimes if you're not in the mood for it (which you rarely ever are). Stick with plain chocolate you can't go wrong as far as flavor. I would advise against it. It's a decent protein as far as blends go, but this name ain't all it's cracked up to be.
P.s. GNC give me 20% of my money back since I got 20% less than what I paid for! The 10% discount on my next purchase for writing this review doesn't cut it.Displaying reviews 1-10
