I started using Collagen and I no longer have knee pain when I run. I don't even have to use either of knee brace supports! I take 2 in the morning and 2 at night. When I was almost out of these supplements, I tried only taking 1-2 tablets a day, and my knee pain came back even when I wasn't running! This product works for joints!
