Beginning Bodybuilding Athletes (up to 1 yr of resistance exercise performed at least 3 times weekly): As a dietary supplement, mix 1 serving (18.1 g) thoroughly in 6 oz of water and consume 30 minutes pre-workout on an empty stomach.
Intermediate Bodybuilding Athletes (1-3 yr of resistance exercise performed at least 3 times weekly): As a dietary supplement, mix 1-2 (18.1 g - 36.2 g) servings thoroughly in 6-12 oz of water and consume 30 minutes pre-workout on an empty stomach.
Advanced Bodybuilding Athletes (>3 yr of resistance exercise performed at least 3 times weekly): As a dietary supplement, and depending on tolerance, mix 2 servings (36.2 g) thoroughly in 12 oz of water and consume 30 minutes pre-workout on an empty stomach.

[2 stars] It has been speculated that AAKG may increase production of nitric oxide, a substance known to enhance blood flow. In one study, AAKG improved measures of strength and short-term power performance in weight lifters.Nitric oxide is the popular name for AAKG (arginine alpha-ketoglutarate), a compound made from the amino acid L-arginine and alpha-ketoglutarate, a substance formed in the body's energy-generating process. AAKG is a popular supplement among bodybuilders and other athletes because of claims that it increases production of nitric oxide in muscles. Nitric oxide is known to have blood-flow-enhancing effects,1 which could in theory increase the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to exercising muscle. While L-arginine by itself is known to increase nitric oxide production, no research has been done to show that AAKG does the same. However, double-blind trials of AAKG suggest it improves some measures of strength and power resulting from weight training.2, 3

The taste was aweful, after taking this within 5 minutes I was throwing up blue raspberrys for 3 hours. took 4 to 5 hours to feel normal again, i'll go back to the M5 I was taking that stuff works great.

Just picked up a tub of bullnox today after running out of AcG3 (which is junk)... bullnox gave me the extra boost I was looking for. I was pumped and was able to get a few extra sets in. It tastes good and didnt make my skin burn like acg3. I like it and cant wait to try it tomorrow on my heavy day.

Effectiveness: This is the best pre workout supp I have taken. I am about to order my third tub. One scoop does it everytime I have not exceeded one scoop ever. Before workouts I drink my NOX shake and within 5 or so minutes I feel the effects (lips/hands tingling, insane energy). While using this supp I have went up in weight, reps, and see a difference in the shape of my body. Effectiveness 9.5/10!
Any Cons?: NO. None whatsoever. I do not feel "beat" hours later. Energy lasts the whole workout (1-2 1/2 hours).
Taste: Have tried Citrus and Fruit Punch, going to order Blue Ras. 9/10
Overall:You have to buy this as a pre workout. If you are reading this review and you have not tried this product, do so! You will not regret it. 9.5/10!!!
