I Have a problem I need to eventually go to the dentist for but I don't have the money right yet.
I have a recurring infection in my gums. When I use this it kills the infection within hours. But after a few days it comes back and I use it again.
It's been over a year and half, so far, and it keeps working. I know a bunch of people who have had similar results. One had a nasty infection that was very painful. Within hours, the silver killed the pain.

I get an allergy related scratchy throat, and this calms the throat so that it does not develope into something worse. Going to try it for a few more months, see if I can avoid the spring season cold I usually get.

May not be FDA approved BUT it still works!! FDA approves medicines that potentially and do cause more harm than good even when following directions!!! This product has no side effects when following directions. This works for me and my family and it does work the way the company claims! By the way by law silver is put into newborn babies eyes to fight bacteria!! Bottom line these products work for us and that is what matters!!!!

I had a really bad sore throat coming on before my game and it was hurting to even talk and this was the only stuff my mom had at her house, so I used it and it worked amazing! I was actually able to communicate loudly during the game and we won! This is better than any throat drop or spray I have ever used and it just didnt kinda help, my sore throat was gone within a couple hours.
