In a blender, shaker cup oreven in a glass with a spoon, mix 1 serving (2 scoops) with 8-10 oz. of water and drink.Take twice daily. Drink 10 glasses of water daily for general good health. Read theentire label before use and followdirections provided.

I bought this protein supplement because it provides a good amount of protein, Amino Acids, and no extra Vitamins and Minerals. I already take a multi-vitamin daily so no need for extra stuff. I mix one scoop with milk and natural peanut butter in blender. Taste good and I feel I have got gains since taking this. The bad is the price, ridiculously expensive if purchased at regular price. The container is only half full and will go fast. I got it on sale for [$]. It's good stuff but not worth spending [$].
