I just started using this product about a month ago to see if I could improve my hair and make it grow longer and healthier. I cannot say whether the product truely works yet until my current damaged hair grows out fully. This product is like a little dessert every day and pretty tasty! :) hopefully i'll be back here in a few months to tell you whether it truely works!

This product tastes terrible. I love chewable vitamins and have never tasted one so bad. I can't get past the taste to continue taking them. Even after you swallow one you will still be tasting the vitamin for a long time and burping its horrible taste. I would try something else and not waste your money.

This is my first time reviewing a product from GNC and I just had to because I am so impressed with this one. I am in my late 30s and have had acne since I was 12. Getting a little older, I noticed that not only did I have my usual low-grade acne and but my face was just looking ruddy and my hair was also looking kind of wiry, just starting to look old. I found this supplement and started taking it and at first I did see some minor improvements, but having taken it for a month now, I am totally amazed! As long as I take two of these a day, I literally do not get any acne breakouts! Which is unheard of for me. Also, the quality of my skin has improved and definitely looks younger and clearer. My hair also looks a lot younger, shinier, healthier. I am VERY happy with this product.
In response to what some of the negative reviews say, this is a vitamin supplement. So, if you are having trouble with your skin, hair, nails and it is due to a deficiency in one or more of these vitamins then this supplement will help. If it is due to something else then it probably won't. So, it's worth a try and it either works for you or doesn't. Also, this is a vitamin supplement, so while they do make it taste pretty darn good in my opinion, you do still taste some of the vitamins in the background. That's okay. It's not candy, it's a vitamin. It certainly tastes good enough to take and even enjoy taking and then you drink some water to wash it down.
My final word of advice is to give this a try for at least a month. I did notice that after a few weeks there was a noticable change. I also noticed that when I tried cutting back to one a day I started to get acne again. Of course, that's me. Maybe someone else only needs one a day but I apparently need two.Pros

These taste so bad... I took them for (2) months and then stopped because I just couldnt handle the terrible flavoring in it. Very strong and concentrated to the point of nausea.

This product was very disappointing! I used the caplet formula of this supplement for over 2 years with fantastic results, but after it was discontinued due to lack of sales, I tried this chewable form. It does not contain the exact ingredients as the caplet form & it has shown NO productive results in my hair, skin or nails in the 3 months I've been taking it daily. Do not waste your money. I also would MUCH rather just swallow a caplet instead of chewing this supplement like a piece of candy in the morning. PLEASE, GNC, BRING BACK THE CAPLET FORMULA!!!!!
