My Liver and Kidneys were not in the best shape a few years ago. I started taking GNC Milk Thistle in early 2011 and now my PCP says my Kidneys and Liver are in better shape than someone half my age. I am 61 so this is saying a lot about the quality and effectiveness of the GNC products.
