I got stomach cramps if I took without eating. However, I had extreme surgery and used Amp 60 shakes daily along with vita paks and the Dr. said he has never seen faster skin graft healing. My nephew was injured in Afghanistan and when they flew him to Germany they started him on this regimen so he told me to try it. However, now I am concerned about the new reports stating the high levels may be harmful. I am not an athlete or body builder. I just had heart bypass along with hip surgery. Maybe it's too much for me now.I will ask my doctor. I have been on it for two months and Amp 60 for 2 years-that stuff is AMAZING!

I have started using Longevity Factors on Sunday 26th February. I am pleased and astounded by how much vitality and energy the product delivers. I am able to walk a much greater distance and my energy level is sustained and I do not feel gittery or wired up. This is not a caffiene iduced or suger rush it is a vital and natural energy that allows you to feel better and work out better. The product has several formulas contained in two green multivitiamin tablets, two brown softgels memory formula, one red resveratrol tablet and one yellow softgel fish oil omega 3. You can take the entire packet with a meal. I perfer to take one green multivitiamin and one red resveratrol with breakfast. Then at lunch I take one yellow fish oil and one brown memory formula for lunch. By spacing out the amount I take I can control the serving level I wish to consume. I find that the product gives me options on how much to take and at what time of day I want to take the formulas. I am very pleased and feel very good taking the formulas. I have greater energy and better concentration. Thank you for this product line, I will be buying it again when I run out.
