I feel as if this item was a great deal, I am very happy with my purchase. They are high quality, very durable. I got exactly what I wanted with these. The only Con I had was the grip wasn't comfortable, but that was no big deal. Overall I'm very pleased with what I purchased.

I should've started with the lighter ones but I got use to them quick and my forearms and grip in my hands are stronger. Some people say that it doesn't do anything for them and tht it only hurts their hands but they have to stop complaining and jus do the workout everyday and then they'll start to feel the burn in their forearms and with time the muscles will get tighter

The grips are non-slip (gnarled) but were tearing up my hands so I bought some automotive heater hose and slipped over them. Now I can work with them longer without having to stop due to excessive pain to my palms & fingers.
