Being a "shift" worker, I was frequently too tired at the end of my work day to get in my workout. A friend said he heard about D-Ribose on TV. After a little research I gave Now Nutrition D-Ribose a try and could not be more pleased. I take one early in the morning as soon as I get to work, another shortly after lunch, and a third about thirty minutes before I get to the gym and I have had no more issues with fatigue being a factor at the gym.
