Based on research that you can find anywhere, the substance "resveratrol" is very beneficial to our health. It theoritically should lengthen our lifespan (studies and science can confirm this), and it's been known to offer benefits (if taken at high doses) to certain types of diabetics. You can't ever FEEL the difference overnight, it's meant to be a long term health investment, but definately worth it.

i used to take resvitale collagen enhance before,...until then they're change it, from certified organic to natural. everthing look same, but then i see no improvement on my skin, so i decided to quit. then i see this resveratol, which is certified organic, i said, ok,..let me try then,..!!! only a couple days i already can see the difference on my skin!! my skin feel tight, healthy, fresh,..i said,..i better get stock up on this, before they're change the product again, likes collagen enhance. but please, please,..don't make a change on this product, please,..!! this's the best product ever,..!!!

Not only do I take this myself, I put some of the powder in my dogs food and my 14 year old dog that could barely move acts like a puppy now. When I stop giving it her joing pains return. One 500mg pill lasts up to 8 doses for the 15lbs. dog.
