I suffer from severe chronic pain and take opiates for the pain, which cause constipation. There are times when I can't go for up to 6 days and must go to ER for help, however my doctor told me about Aloe Vera a year or so ago and I've been doing great ever since, so I tried these, but they didn't do anything. The kind I use, with daily results are called Super Aloe 450. I won't say where I buy them as I love GNC, but I wish they would sell them, because 25 MG is useless for those of us with real problems.

I bought this product is just for my constipation. (Usually 3 - 4 days). I tried the raw aloe vera gel from aloe vera leaf before, and it worked (everyday). But I was afraid the raw aloe vear gel was too strong, like laxatives, so I stopped right away.
I have been trying this gel capsules for about a week (3 capsules at the same time per day), however, it didn't show any result yet. I just want to wait for one month and see.

We've used other products, but they didn't work.
My husband uses it for his osteo-arthritis. He takes two gel caps three times a day. When he takes it this way, he's able to get out of the house even when it's raining on occasion.
