          Melatonin is a great way to "reset" your sleep habit. If you find that you are sleepy at the wrong times, don't sleep well at night, taking this product just a couple of nights can correct this. Then you can stop taking the product until (if) the problem reappears. Unfortunately, this product is no longer sublingual. The old style subingual tabs seemed to work faster for me.

                  I was skeptical about this product, but was not sleeping as well as I wanted. I bought them on sale to give them a try. I now sleep MUCH better, than when not taking them. I even tested out how well they worked by taking 1 at about 8pm, then did some gaming that normally I can go till 2-3am, well by 10pm I was struggling to stay awake at the keyboard. I can't even imagine what the 5mg doses of other brands would do! Make sure you take one WELL before you go to bed, or you will wake up still tired and groggy. I sleep so deep with them that I can't take them on weeks I am on call, because even as loud as my phone is, I sometimes do not hear it!
