I have been taking this for about 2 weeks now, on an empty stomach. However, I can't tolerate the taste alone, so I mix it in my coffee. I have not seen or felt any difference at all, as of yet. I will use it until it is gone, to see if it has any effect, and if not, I will not buy it again. I gave this 2 stars because it has only been two weeks, and I don't want to be unfair and give it just one until I have used it all.

You must drink 1 oz of this product when you first rise and on an empty stomach. That is the only way it's healing properties will work. It is helping me get off of blood pressure medicine and lose weight.

You only drink an ounce in the morning on an empty stomach. The results are supposed to be long term for medicinal reasons (per Kevin Trudeau.) It is a pleasant way to try getting rid of acid reflux, diverticulitis and high blood pressure. So,for myself, I am going to drink this every morning to see if I see results. It is organic and even thought it is pasteurized, the benefits outweigh that.
