Take 1 tab 3x daily. Reduce swelling in my knees, and is buying me time til surgery. Got shots in knees years ago but couldn't get too often. Was taking Aspirin daily until my doc advised against it. I needed an alternative. Triflex was mentioned. That was over 10 yrs. ago. If I don't take it for a day I can tell. My knees are swollen,ache and I have pain when moving especially on stairs. Hope GNC doesn't stop making this!!!
