This is a great product. It really helped in "that" dept, bigtime. However, as a nice added bonus it works great as a pre-workout supp. I take this along with Kre-alkalyn about 45 minutes before working out. Gives a nice boost and really helps with vascularity. I can really see it in my veins and gives me a good pump. I usually just take three per day, seems to give me enough of the effect I am looking for.
