I use the product during breakfast, post workout and before bed. It is an average quality powder, better than some, worse than some, nutrition-wise. However, it tastes GROSS. You can tell it's "chocolate creme flavor," but it tastes like a mocha latte that's been sitting out for 2 weeks. It is a good value for the money nutrition-wise, so I would recommend it if you can live with poor taste and/or if you are on a budget.
