This product works great! It definitely promoted a solid sleep. I take this before bed with a casein shake. However, it smells terrible and upset my stomach a little bit which made it hard to fall asleep.

I take this product as prescribed: right before bed. I notice much deeper sleep, which is crucial for me as an Olympic weightlifter. I am currently deployed to Afghanistan and the days are long with no days off. When I work out, it's a relief but you also have to worry about recovery and the constant need to be "fresh" when you're preparing for tasks. This product helps me recover a lot faster by putting me in a deeper sleep. We all should know that you repair the most when you sleep and you produce the most testosterone while you're asleep. This product seems to compound the results that you would get from recovery exponentially. While there's never a substitute for getting your eight hours, I can sleep six while taking this and feel recovered. I strongly recommend this product to anyone.

Good product. Have used before and will continue to use. The smell is horrible but I would rather have it smell than have extra ingredients that it doesn't need. Very good product for the price ! If you are serious about training you should have this in your regimen of supps.

I take two tablets of ZMA and one tablet of vitamin B 150 every night before I go to bed. Upon advise from a trainer I bought a bottle of these pills to try. Honestly, I see no difference in my workouts or growth rates since I have started to take them...its just more pills to pop. Disappointed. I will finish the bottle, but only because I paid full price for them.
