- Maintain the lower dosage until loose stool develops
- Decrease each time loose stool develops until you experience

I brought this cleanser on a thursday night and took one pill before bed. on friday I took one pill in the morning and one in the evening. saturday morning the show was on, I didnt get any cramps at all i was afraid to flush the toilet. I hardly ever make #2 so this was soooo great. my doc says Im in good health i just have trouble going. always see your doctor about any health problems you feel you have and then get this produce.

the first day i was on it i felt great honestly but for some reason the second day i felt very slugish and i had a red spot in my eye...i dont know why i would get this. the third day i woke up with another spot in my eye thats when i decided not to use this product anymore. I looked online and read you can get these spots from either gettin hurt or using a blood thinning medicine...well that was enough for me.
