Who should use AfterGlow? Anyone who participates in resistance or cardio-vascular training to improve physique, health or general well being.
Why AfterGlow? Fitness professionals agree skipping a meal is the easiest way to lose the gains made while training. Furthermore, dozens research studies prove that consuming the proper calories in the small window after a training session can improve results, performance, and lean muscles mass measurably and in a short amount of time. Getting the most out of an athlete’s most important meal of the day is essential. Remove the guesswork and messy mixture simply add AfterGlow.
How does AfterGlow work? Research studies and field testing all suggest that the post workout meal is the most unique one of the day. The results all recommend high levels of easily absorbed carbohydrates, moderate levels of premium protein and zero fats.
AfterGlow puts research science on your side. AfterGlow will spike natural insulin production preventing fat storage preserving muscle fibers with unrefined evaporated cane juice and d-glucose polymers. Muscles will begin their repair immediately with the nitrogen burst whey protein isolate provides Growth and repair continues while 10 grams of l-glutamine and BCAA AKG quench the body’s inner thirst for nutrients. The pure energy source for muscle contraction (ATP) is instantly restored with the patented KreAlkalyn. Strained muscle fibers and inflamed tendons are aided by the poser of ketosteroids within Cissus Quadrangularis. Destructive free radicals and metabolic waste is efficiently eliminated by l-taurine, pomegranate concentrate and R-ALA. The catabolic hormone cortisol is all but eradicated by a fitting dose of phosphatidylserine. The result is simply POST WORKOUT EUPHORIA.

Amino Acids Overview
Amino Acids Overview- Reliable and relatively consistent scientific data showing a substantial health benefit.
- Contradictory, insufficient, or preliminary studies suggesting a health benefit or minimal health benefit.
- For an herb, supported by traditional use but minimal or no scientific evidence. For a supplement, little scientific support.
Our proprietary "Star-Rating" system was developed to help you easily understand the amount of scientific support behind each supplement in relation to a specific health condition. While there is no way to predict whether a vitamin, mineral, or herb will successfully treat or prevent associated health conditions, our unique ratings tell you how well these supplements are understood by the medical community, and whether studies have found them to be effective for other people.
For over a decade, our team has combed through thousands of research articles published in reputable journals. To help you make educated decisions, and to better understand controversial or confusing supplements, our medical experts have digested the science into these three easy-to-follow ratings. We hope this provides you with a helpful resource to make informed decisions towards your health and well-being.
This supplement has been used in connection with the following health conditions:
Used for Amount Why Liver Cirrhosis18 grams daily of L-ornithine-L-aspartate as L-Ornithine-L-Aspartate
[2 stars] As both a supplement and injection, L-ornithine-L-aspartate has been shown to significantly improve liver function, mental status, and brain function.Alcohol WithdrawalRefer to label instructions as L-Tyrosine, D,L-Phenylalanine (DLPA), L-Glutamine, L-Tryptophan, and a Multivitamin
[1 star] In double-blind research, alcoholics treated with L-tyrosine combined with DLPA (D,L-phenylalanine), L-glutamine, prescription L-tryptophan, plus a multivitamin had reduced withdrawal symptoms and decreased stress.
Athletic PerformanceRefer to label instructions as Aspartic Acid
[1 star] Aspartic acid is an amino acid that participates in many biochemical reactions relating to energy and protein. Research suggests that it may help reduce fatigue during exercise.Amino acids are the building blocks of protein. Twenty amino acids are needed to build the various proteins used in the growth, repair, and maintenance of body tissues. Eleven of these amino acids can be made by the body itself, while the other nine (called essential amino acids) must come from the diet. The essential amino acids are isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, and valine. Another amino acid, histidine, is considered semi-essential because the body does not always require dietary sources of it. The nonessential amino acids are arginine, alanine, asparagine, aspartic acid, cysteine, glutamine, glutamic acid, glycine, proline, serine, and tyrosine. Other amino acids, such as carnitine and taurine, are used by the body in ways other than protein-building and are often used therapeutically. L-Theanine is an amino acid found in tea that is said to help relieve stress. Beta-alanine has been used to prevent fatigue during exercise.

Comments about EXCLUSIVE SUPPLEMENTS BIORhythm AfterGlow - Bazooka Fruit:
[...]as a great post workout supplement, which would aid in recovery and lessen soreness and fatigue the day after. Guess what, it worked just as recommended! My workouts usually consisted of light to medium lifting, but the bulk of my workouts was training for a half marathon, 3-5 miles a day. I would recommend this product for those that have tried to workout but get really sore and achy the day after and want to quit. [...] All I know is it works as a post workout supplement and it tastes great! Nuff said.

Comments about EXCLUSIVE SUPPLEMENTS BIORhythm AfterGlow - Bazooka Fruit:
I take this product right after I work out and the results are amazing. I don't feel fatigued later in the day and even the day after. It takes away the soreness while building muscle. I've been on numerous proteins and other than BioRhythm's Whole Gains, AfterGlow is one of the best tasting out there. The only downfall is the price which the 16 serving, 2.12 pound ends up being almost $5 per serving. Other than the price I get results and tastes great!
