I take this as directed (1 a day) to help increase my energy level. I have reached retirement age and my energy had gotten very low so I started taking this DHEA and began feeling results after 3 to 4 days. I particularly like that it is sustained release. Each day I find it easier to get things accomplished, so I plan to continue taking this from now on! I've had no side effects and the tablet is fairly small and easy to swallow.
