I was told about MSM about 10 weeks ago. I have never heard about MSM. For the past 1 1/2 years I have been dealing and whining about a sore right shoulder and left hip. I went to see the bone cracker for about 6 weeks and all it did was drain my wallet and line his. I went to my MD for Ex-Rays and he said it's just the beginning of Arthritis. I have been taking Glucosamine 1500mg and Chondroitin 1200mg twice a day for about 15 years. I never had achy joint in my body in my 57 years.
My cousin told me he heard about MSM. He told me to get it at GNC so I went over and had a conversation with a young clerk. He told me to change my Fish Oil to GNC Triple Strength Fish Oil with Krill twice a day and 1000mg of GNC brand MSM twice a day. So here I am on May 1st 2013 telling you it is the first and only supplement change I have ever made in my life that I can whole heart honestly say WORKS...
Yes, I still have pain or shadow pain but it's 10% of what is has been the past 1 1/2 years.
I can scratch my own back again I can handle a 6 hour car ride again. My right arm is fully functional again. I don't even think about the pain again. Now I am telling people about my success with MSM and they say oh yah I give it to my horse or my dog. I look at them and say you know I have been in pain and you never said anything. I want to shout it from the roof tops on how successful the new routine I am on with the Glucosamine-Chondroitin, Triple Strength Fish Oil with Krill, and MSM. This combination has been life changing for me. My wife can also attest to the relief of sore knee joint pain.
What I am most excited about is I can get in and out and paddle my Kayak this summer. Last summer it was a painful struggle. Before I would kayak I would load up on Advil. I use three capsules daily (3000mg). Its been two weeks, I've already noticed the effects of the products both pro and con. My hair is already coarse and its getting shiny-er and stronger. I have large pores and they are getting less visible, as for my energy its booming! Please don't take this medication a few hours before bed, or else you will not fall asleep! It puts you in a great mood when taken in the morning, like it should be taken.. or else it will create insomnia. Also I have arthritis for 9 years, and its helped a bit with tolerating with my pain. its only been two weeks, and I'm seeing a difference.

I have some arthritis in my knee caps and the hubby has some issues in the ankle. We were using Gluscomine/Chordin with MSM. An accupunturist told me that the pure MSM would do well also. So we switched, depending on the day I take one or two caps daily. My knees have been pain free for quite a while and I can tell when I stop or miss a few day.
