I have read that the 500mg Tribulus is much better and after trying out this supplement I did not notice any positive effects. I think that I will try buying the 500mg(it is a different formula) and see if it works better.

I take just once a day on non-workout days. I take another 1 hr pre-workout. No recognizable differences as far strength is concerned. It seems to have leveled out my energy/mood highs and lows as a result of my workout routines. I attribute to hormone regulation. This is a staple product in my supplement use.

I KNOW this product works!!!! When I'm on it, I feel super-strong!! When it's time to cycle off, I totally feel that something is missing. Additionally, my lab results from my annual physical show that my testosterone levels are up approx. 75 points. At age 50, that is a huge gain. This product did seemingly boost my sex drive, but it caused a breakout that took weeks to clear up. The zits popped up within 2 days of taking the pills, and took 2 weeks to clear up once I quit. I tried it 2 different times just to make sure it wasn't other factors, and both times the results were the same.

i noticed right away that it gave me more energy and endurance in the gym. my lifts went up 5-10 lbs in the first week. i take one in the morning daily, and then a second one before i hit the gym on workout days. although it does give you more energy, it won't make you feel jittery or wired.

Works pretty well, some say its similar to USPLabs Prime, and it does have similar effects even though its not the exact same herb. Id say it works almost as good for a much cheaper price. Not quite the same initial pump from plain tribulus as you get with USP's blend, but once you get going you'll feel it.
