It is easy to take and taste good. Just started taking it don't know it is effective yet. The not great is you need to take it before going to bed not anytime.

This product worked great for me. My hair came back where bald spots used to be and the dark circles under my eyes are no longer so obvious. The only thing I noticed is that my nails were growing when I first started taking this a few months ago, but after a month or two, they became very weak and broke if you looked at them. Now I'm taking a hair, nail and skin vitamin to go along with the liquid and my nails are much better. Lastly, I noticed that each time I purchase this from GNC it list different ingredients on the front. At first ingredients listed on the bottle was amino acids, elastin and pantethine B-5. The bottled I purchased this week list a few of these things along with biotin which was not listed before. I also noticed the Kardashian name is no longer on the bottle for which there is no love lost there.
