- Shred Matrix should not be taken within 6 hours before bed.

Im a bit sensitive to caffinated products and thought to give this a try. I take one pill twice a day and noticed a change instantly with my appetite. I am in emotional eater and find with the help of ShredMatrix, I am not hungry ofen and able to make healthier food choices. I feel great overall and will be back again for another review.

My husband is a personal trainer. He and I just recently decided to start going to the gym before work in the mornings. We wake up at 5am and take two capsules. Usually we don't take anymore doses in a day. We are not using this product for the weight loss aspect as much as we are using it to get our butts going in the morning. It has really solved the problem of the "groggy" morning workout. No more grumpy faces or auto pilot workouts. No jitters and no crash from this product. As an appetite supressant, it works almost too well. I unwittingly ate too few calories for about two weeks on this product and gained 14 pounds because I was weightlifting and went into starvation mode. It is a great appetite supressant, just don't forget to consume enough calories to keep happy.

Not a subscriber to weight loss products, but I had this last 10lbs that I could not get to come off. I started this using only one pill b4 breakfast and lunch, then went up to 2 pills each. I cut back on my coffee intake and did not experience any jitters or sleeplessness. I am on week 3 and already dropped 8lbs. Biggest thing I have noticed are my lack of cravings. Very good appetite suppressant. I probably wont go upto the 3pills per dose since I am seeing results at 2pills per dose.

I have a mixed review on this product. First dose I took I had a bad case of heartburn (I expected that) about an hour later my stomach was killing me, I was physically sick, but yet I'm assuming from all the vitamins I felt good too. I know that doesnt even make good sense. I suppose I am sensitive to this prodcut. With that being said if you aren't sensitve to it I believe it would be an amazing product if you follow the directions :) if you are sensative like I am, trust me it will only take you 2-3 doses to figure it out.

After going from 320 down to 270 I got stuck for 3 weeks. I increased my cardio changed my diet but stayed between 267 and 270. I added Shred Matrix to my daily suppliments, follwed the instructions and in three days dropped to 264. No jitters, no anxiety, no anger and no sleep problems (FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS).

I love using SM because it does not make me as jittery as other thermogenics. I believe in being truthful during reviews so I will say that it WILL make you use the restroom quite a bit more, and also will make you exert gas more than usual.

I love this product. I am a 15 year old guy, have been working at a summer camp and started taking this, and man, quick and great results. I havent taken fat burners before, but i know that they are notorious for being ineffective, and let me tell you that is not the case here. I am very impressed with musclepharm, let me also put that i only used 2 pills instead of 3, and i also have had a clean diet and plenty of exercise. this product will not do they work for you, but it lightens the load, and kind of gives you that push you need. altogether great job.
