Taking as directed. Not noticing much difference in energy or endurance levels. I will say this...I am not very sensitive to energy supplements. I purchased this because it was natural and it was the highest does of cordyceps I could find at the cheapest price. If you are sensitive to supplements I would recommend you give this a shot.

I bouhgt this after watching Dr. Oz and he said its supposed to give you "natural energy." I could not tell any difference in my energy level whatsoever. Maybe it is just me, but I don' think it works at all.

This product can be hard to swallow because it has an awful odor, but it will give you energy. Also, I searched extensively online and no other brand offers this high of a concentration in a pill. This will give you natural energy without jitters or a crash.
