This product is a bit pricy. The positves are that you don't get bloated or get cramps like other creatine products. The negatives are that the claims don't equal the results for the price.

no lloloaloadloadiloadloading. NO bloating. use it only on workout days and still get all the benefits. Cretine monohydrate just makes you fat. Creatine HCL doesn't work.

Found the same product at almost half price at Performance Nutrition. Contacted GNC...but their support was not useful. They pretty much said...tough luck !
