Who should use AfterGlow? Anyone who participates in resistance or cardio-vascular training to improve physique, health or general well being.
Why AfterGlow? Fitness professionals agree skipping a meal is the easiest way to lose the gains made while training. Furthermore, dozens research studies prove that consuming the proper calories in the small window after a training session can improve results, performance, and lean muscles mass measurably and in a short amount of time. Getting the most out of an athlete’s most important meal of the day is essential. Remove the guesswork and messy mixture simply add AfterGlow.
How does AfterGlow work? Research studies and field testing all suggest that the post workout meal is the most unique one of the day. The results all recommend high levels of easily absorbed carbohydrates, moderate levels of premium protein and zero fats.
AfterGlow puts research science on your side. AfterGlow will spike natural insulin production preventing fat storage preserving muscle fibers with unrefined evaporated cane juice and d-glucose polymers. Muscles will begin their repair immediately with the nitrogen burst whey protein isolate provides Growth and repair continues while 10 grams of l-glutamine and BCAA AKG quench the body’s inner thirst for nutrients. The pure energy source for muscle contraction (ATP) is instantly restored with the patented KreAlkalyn. Strained muscle fibers and inflamed tendons are aided by the poser of ketosteroids within Cissus Quadrangularis. Destructive free radicals and metabolic waste is efficiently eliminated by l-taurine, pomegranate concentrate and R-ALA. The catabolic hormone cortisol is all but eradicated by a fitting dose of phosphatidylserine. The result is simply POST WORKOUT EUPHORIA.
The clock is ticking- Make it count- AfterGlow.

Amino Acids Overview
Amino Acids Overview- Reliable and relatively consistent scientific data showing a substantial health benefit.
- Contradictory, insufficient, or preliminary studies suggesting a health benefit or minimal health benefit.
- For an herb, supported by traditional use but minimal or no scientific evidence. For a supplement, little scientific support.
Our proprietary "Star-Rating" system was developed to help you easily understand the amount of scientific support behind each supplement in relation to a specific health condition. While there is no way to predict whether a vitamin, mineral, or herb will successfully treat or prevent associated health conditions, our unique ratings tell you how well these supplements are understood by the medical community, and whether studies have found them to be effective for other people.
For over a decade, our team has combed through thousands of research articles published in reputable journals. To help you make educated decisions, and to better understand controversial or confusing supplements, our medical experts have digested the science into these three easy-to-follow ratings. We hope this provides you with a helpful resource to make informed decisions towards your health and well-being.
This supplement has been used in connection with the following health conditions:
Used for Amount Why Liver Cirrhosis18 grams daily of L-ornithine-L-aspartate as L-Ornithine-L-Aspartate
[2 stars] As both a supplement and injection, L-ornithine-L-aspartate has been shown to significantly improve liver function, mental status, and brain function.Alcohol WithdrawalRefer to label instructions as L-Tyrosine, D,L-Phenylalanine (DLPA), L-Glutamine, L-Tryptophan, and a Multivitamin
[1 star] In double-blind research, alcoholics treated with L-tyrosine combined with DLPA (D,L-phenylalanine), L-glutamine, prescription L-tryptophan, plus a multivitamin had reduced withdrawal symptoms and decreased stress.
Athletic PerformanceRefer to label instructions as Aspartic Acid
[1 star] Aspartic acid is an amino acid that participates in many biochemical reactions relating to energy and protein. Research suggests that it may help reduce fatigue during exercise.Amino acids are the building blocks of protein. Twenty amino acids are needed to build the various proteins used in the growth, repair, and maintenance of body tissues. Eleven of these amino acids can be made by the body itself, while the other nine (called essential amino acids) must come from the diet. The essential amino acids are isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, and valine. Another amino acid, histidine, is considered semi-essential because the body does not always require dietary sources of it. The nonessential amino acids are arginine, alanine, asparagine, aspartic acid, cysteine, glutamine, glutamic acid, glycine, proline, serine, and tyrosine. Other amino acids, such as carnitine and taurine, are used by the body in ways other than protein-building and are often used therapeutically. L-Theanine is an amino acid found in tea that is said to help relieve stress. Beta-alanine has been used to prevent fatigue during exercise.

Comments about EXCLUSIVE SUPPLEMENTS BIORhythm AfterGlow - Bazooka Fruit:
I play college ice hockey and this is the best post workout I've ever had. Especially after practice and games. On long endurance/ strength lift days it's phenomenal. On shorter heavy lift days it's great, but you're not getting all of the supplement only using it on days you don't sweat your bag off. I take the 100 percent whole gains protein on the heavy left days with only half the serving of after glow. They say that football players and hockey players especially take 20 or so years off their life time due to the amount of nutrients their body exhausts and breaks down from exercising so hard. This stuff, in my opinion, blows that stat to hell.
Buy the stuff with gold card and other promo's it'll save you on money. It's worth the extra time and money spent to get it.- My Beauty Routine Takes:

Out of all the flavors, although all tasty, this is the most falvorful. At times towards the end of my workout i do honestly start thinking about getting to drink this because its amazing. After evertime i feel like im completely burnt out from my workout, i drink this and the effects are immediate. I have tried other post workouts but nothing compares to this.

Comments about EXCLUSIVE SUPPLEMENTS BIORhythm AfterGlow - Bazooka Fruit:
I've been through two small tubs of Biorhythm Afterglow and half of a large one so far. It's expensive for sure but it does seem to revive me after a tough workout. The Bazookafruit flavor isn't bad, definitely artificial but palatable. I like the fact that it doesn't contain aspertame or ace-K artifical sweeteners (although it does contain sucralose, which I don't mind as much). I did some research before purchasing and it does seem to be a well-formulated product. I also like Biorhythm's 100% Whole Gains/Square Meal MRP.

Comments about EXCLUSIVE SUPPLEMENTS BIORhythm AfterGlow - Bazooka Fruit:
Afterglow is the best post workout drink I've used to date. The bazooka fruit tastes amazing. This drink makes my body feel fresh and rejuvenated like the workout had never started. I would definitely recommend this to anyone still searching for a drink. The one big con to it is the price. The drink is very effective, but the cost is not easy on the wallet.
