This product is crazy!!! The first time I took it was after a 12 hour shift at work. I worked out at the gym for two hours and then went home and cleaned my entire house from top to bottom lol I had so much energy. Like most have said this product gives you energy I saw an increase in muscle but not so much in weight loss, could be because I gained more muscle. It helped increase my strength and gave me a boost or an extra rep on each set. I took it for a month and never took the full dosage was too scared after the first time. I took two on the days I worked out 1 on the days I didn't. I built mass but was not cut with normal eating habits. After my body got used to it the effects were not the same as the first week. If you need energy and want to HULK out this is the product!!! It reminds me of a 5 hour energy pill but it lasts longer. The negative is you will never sleep depending on when you take it and how hard you workout.

I saw zero effect while using this product. I was having some decent success using just diet and exercise and thought maybe I would see better or quicker results if I added this in. False. At least it didn't give me the jitters at all, but there was no conceivable effect on my weight, mass, or appetite.

I take the Arson as the lable says (three pills before your two largest meals), I don't get much more energy, maybe a little extra but not much. I am just trying to lose the last inches, and I am losing them, just very slowly.

Arson gives me energy to work out but as far as weight loss I'm just not seeing to much. It has only been 1 week but I assumed a few pounds at least. I also reliez that you need to eat right and have a consistent workout for it to have full effect. I'm in the gym or on the track 4 to 5 times a week. I eat as healthy as I can afford to ha. So yes product does give me energy to run and lift but not so much weight loss

I have used everything from D4 to oxypro elite and even hydroxycut and this product for the price brings the best of both worlds.
