Supplement Facts

As a dietary supplement, take 1-3 scoops with 8-24 oz. of cold water or juice (8 oz. of fluid per scoop) 30-40 minutes prior to training. CAUTION: SuperPump MAX contains CAFFEINE. Individuals sensitive to caffeine or other stimulants should start by using one (1) scoop per day before training to help assess their tolerance for the first 2-3 days. Do not exceed more than three (3) scoops at any given time under any circumstances. IMPORTANT: To avoid sleeplessness, do not take within four hours of bedtime. Avoid taking any additional stimulants while taking SuperPump MAX. Though dramatic effects will be noticed in your very first workout, SuperPump MAX should be taken every training day to elicit its maximum effects. Taken as part of a proper exercise program and a diet rich in protein and carbohydrates, SuperPump MAX may help individuals reach their aesthetic, strength and energy goals. Individual results may vary according to genetic disposition and body weight.Consume a minimum of approximately 1 gallon of water a day. Most individuals will begin to feel its mental focus, energy and super pump effects within 15 minutes of ingestion; others within 15-45 minutes of ingestion. Ruby-red pomegranate is an antioxidant superstar

From South America to Malaysia, from Hawaii to China, fruits, berries, and their juices are being hailed as the new superfoods. Boasting high amounts of antioxidants and other vital nutrients, these superfoods can play a supporting role in a healthy diet. They are widely available as antioxidant juices, supplements, or added ingredients in smoothies, recipes, and other premade products.

    You should take this product before your strength training/ muscle endurance workouts, but after your cardio. I find that if I take this and then run whether it's my long run day, regular tempo run, or high intensity interval run this stuff makes me feel nauseous. But when I use it as a supplement I find I can lift much more weight during my strength training/muscle building and can pump out wayyyyyy more reps during my muscle endurance/toning work outs. I also find that my recovery is much quicker and I'm not as sore. And all the flavors taste amazing. I also find that I feel physically and mentally motivated the rest of the day after. Much better than other similar products on the market.

        I have a few friends who love superpump so i was excited to take it, but unfortunately i havent found it as great. I took it before my afternoon lifting sessions, having already trained in MMA in the morning. I experienced a good initial burst of energy, but it quickly died out. Also, the pump was a lot less signiciant than other pre-workout products that I've taken.

                  I took Superpump Max for 2 months and i realized that when there was days i did not take it here was NO motivation and when i did i was running around the gym doing more and more sets and reps than i did previous. ALthough I bought c4 and no longer take this it is still a very good pre work out supplement.
