Creatine Loading: Take 1 rounded teaspoon of Micronized Creatine Powder with morning, afternoon, and evening meals and 1 additional rounded teaspoon before going to bed for 4-5 days.
Creatine Maintenance: Take 1 rounded teaspoon with a meal or immediately after training with your post-workout protein shake. Intended for use in healthy adults and as part of a healthy, balanced diet and exercise program.

Is this safe for teenagers to use ?
Hi I would like to know is this safe for teenagers to take that are trying to gain muscle , I am a 15 year old basketball player, if not is there any brands of creatine for me to take that would be safe ?

BEST ANSWER: No. You will not get acne solely from creatine. If you don’t take care of your body while taking it, you may. Creatine supporters are eager to conclude when acne breaks out during creatine supplementation, it is usually the high glycemic diet taken alongside and/or the dehydration following strenuous exercise that should be blamed. The rationalization is that sugar and dehydration cause hormonal imbalance and thus acne.

Okay, so I am a competitive runner in cross country and track...we run distances of 1, 3.1, and 2 miles. I was wondering if creatine could actually hurt my performance from a weight gain? I just want to gain about 5 lbs before track season, pure muscle, not fat. Could this be what I need?

BEST ANSWER: Creatine will cause weight gain if you are body building, it increases the ADT thus increasing the ADP in your body which basically means you will have more energy, so instead of 5 reps you can do 8 reps, meaning you start doing more and gaining more muscle mass.
Would be okay to take this with cranberry juice or cranberry juice cocktail? Or would water be good enough?

BEST ANSWER: Yes, as with most Creatine Monohydrate products, a simple sugar can trigger the Insulin hormone into transporting the Creatine into the muscle cells, therefore most bodybuilders take some sort of Juice with Creatine.

BEST ANSWER: Take 3 times a day for 4 days and after the that I took one teaspoon in the morning with my protein shake and a teaspoon after workout..but i have went 3 days with out it and performance was still the same

BEST ANSWER: No, actually most preworkouts have about 1g of creatine in them already. Mixing the 2 is fine.(There are also alot of preworkouts without creatine and they are still fine to mix with.

BEST ANSWER: You should check with your physician first. There are no side effects but you will lose mass if you stop taking it. It floods your muscles with water so if you dont drink enough than you will indeed become dehydrated. You should cycle the product like 8 weeks on and 2-4 off. It is really hard on the kidneys so dont use if kidney disease is in your genes

BEST ANSWER: In this case, this is monohydrate creatine, it's just micronized so it disolves in liquids better/stays suspended longer so it doesn't all set at the bottom.

BEST ANSWER: No, you take it everyday. On your workout days you take it right after your workout and on off days you take after any meal of the day. Your suppouse to take it 3 to 4 times a day for a week so your body can become use to it but I just used a tablespoon a day and in just 2 weeks my bench press improved 35lbs. Its the best
